To build the portfolio of new products and services that reaffirm the banks’s position as one of the leading financial institutions in the world.
Taking the first step
Working with the Group Innovation Office, the Group COO and the relevant MD’s, we identified a pool of 30 high potential product leaders to be part of a flagship programme, equipping them with the skills, tools and frameworks needed to build the next big thing.
Training Pathways
Build a Portfolio for Growth: we designed a 9-week training pathway for 30 selected leaders. The pathway covered growth strategy, funding, governance and culture. Training was delivered with a blend of coaching, workshops, playbooks, and networking opportunities with peers from across industries.
The Results
Having completed the training pathway, leaders have implemented new frameworks and ways of working.
Participants have raised an 8-figure fund to support a new product portfolio focused on climate fintech.
